Company Merger

On March 14, 2009, TeneCore LLC merged with Interim Physicians, Inc and created one of the Top 10 companies in the locum tenens industry (as measured by revenue). We did this to provide our valued clients' access to more qualified physicians in more specialties - and our valued physicians' access to more opportunities in a wider range of practice settings. With the increase in the internal staffing professionals we now employ, we are better able to cover the country more consistently, building deeper relationships with the hospitals, facilities, groups and physicians we represent.

By merging TeneCore's thirteen years of strong relationships with Interim Physicians thirty years of similar history, we believe we have created a broad based service provider that can provide each of our customers with

• Quantity of assignments and physicians to choose from
• Excellence in providing service to our valued customers

As part of this merger, TeneCore, LLC is changing its name to Interim Physicians, LLC. The Interim Physicians headquarters will now be located in St. Louis, Missouri with its Central Standard Time zone. All back office functions - including accounting, travel and credentials verification - will be performed there. Sales and recruiting functions will continue to be located at our regional sales offices in St. Louis, Atlanta, and Huntsville, AL. Our valued Medical Director, Dr. Ken Teufel, will continue to give excellent oversight to our risk management procedures, as he has done for Interim Physicians for over twenty five years.

As part of this business transaction, we will be operating ONE website (www.interimphysicians.com). Our emails will still reach us using the firstname.lastname@tenecore.com email address but our new emails will be coming from firstname.lastname@interimphysicians.com. Should you forget and try and reach us using the www.tenecore.com domain, you will be redirected to our new website and our new email addresses.
