Interim Physicians has an opportunity for a motivated Account Manager to join our experienced sales team. As a pioneer temporary physician staffing firm, Interim Physicians has provided physician coverage to hospitals, clinics, government agencies and other healthcare facilities since 1979.

What are our expectations?

The ideal candidate must be able to ensure a professional collaboration between departments, geographical branches and individual team members to support the company’s goal of a unified corporate culture, achieve company Monthly Gross Profit Quota and Daily Activity Metrics and accomplish 50+ telephone dials per day and/or 2.5 hours of daily phone time.

As an Interim Physicians Account Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Constant communication with established client base and new clients to ensure their expectations are being exceeded
  • Engaging in consultative conversations with clients the objective being to assess their current and future staffing situation to best fit our services with their needs
  • Communicating with recruiting, marketing, and business development staff regarding current and future client staffing needs
  • Ensuring  that candidates generated by recruiting are a good match for the client’s needs based on having an in depth knowledge of job details
  • Presenting candidates generated by recruiting staff to client within one business day
  • Consulting with client contact to determine proper fit of submitted CV’s
  • Expanding client parameters as necessary
  • Negotiating rates and expenses as required
  • Writing client and provider agreements and exhibits as necessary
  • Actively managing any accepted providers while on client engagements
  • Proactively resolving any and all candidate or client issues
  • Actively managing an ever expanding portfolio of clients and providers
  • Ensuring all data is inputted into the company CRM account as it occurs
  • Being prepared to consult with business development, recruiting, and management staff regarding all relevant client activities including: status of clients and providers, and long term forecasts of client needs.

Qualifications

The selected candidate should have high energy, a solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales and relationship building skills. We also prefer at least 1 year of experience in client management or in a similar capacity. If you meet these qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
