What are our expectations?
The ideal candidate must be able to ensure a professional collaboration between departments, geographical branches and individual team members to support the company’s goal of a unified corporate culture, achieve company Monthly Gross Profit Quota and Daily Activity Metrics and accomplish 100+ telephone dials per day and/or 2.5 hours of daily phone time.
As an Interim Physicians Recruiter, you will be accountable for:
- Making cold calls to develop relationships with potential providers
- Contacting current providers to grow existing relationships
- Engaging in consultative conversations with existing and potential providers with the objective being to assess their current situation and facilitate a match between them and one of our clients
- Ensuring that potential candidates meet quality metrics by asking qualifying questions and following up on any discrepancies
- Collecting CV’s of qualified providers for presentations to account executives and business development representatives
- Presenting qualified providers to account executives and business development representatives
- Consulting with account executives and business development representatives to determine proper fit of submitted CV’s
- Expanding provider parameters as necessary
- Negotiating rates and expenses as required
- Writing provider agreements and exhibits as necessary
- Following up with any accepted providers while on client engagements to ensure satisfaction
- Promptly escalating any and all candidate issues to the account executive or business development representative
- Actively managing an ever expanding portfolio of providers
- Ensuring all data is inputted into the company Salesforce account as it occurs
- Being prepared to consult with account executives, business development representatives and management regarding all provider activities
Qualifications
The selected candidate should have high energy, a solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales and relationship building skills. We also prefer at least 1 year of experience in recruiting or in a similar capacity. If you meet these qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
