LOUIS, MO (May 16, 2011) - Interim Physicians, LLC announced today it has closed its acquisition of UHC Solutions Locum Tenens, a privately owned provider of specialized staffing in the area of temporary physicians covering the Western United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
UHC Solutions Locum Tenens is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and is focused on positions in the healthcare industries. The sales staff of UHC Solutions Locum Tenens will remain with Interim Physicians and manage operations in the West. The Portland office will now join the growing Interim Physicians branch network that includes St. Louis, Atlanta; Dallas; and Huntsville, Ala. "UHC Solutions Locum Tenens will not only enhance our delivery capability in our current specialty markets, but it will also expand our geographic footprint," stated Timothy P.
