We are thrilled to announce that Interim Physicians is a Best of Staffing® Award Winner for Client and Talent Satisfaction for the third year.
This award is very meaningful because it’s based on a survey completed by clients, physicians, and advanced practitioners who’ve worked with Interim in the past year.
Award winners who earn the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence make up fewer than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada.
Once again, Interim Physicians ranked among the highest of the agencies who competed.
To obtain this award, we went through a rigorous surveying process, and partnered with the satisfaction research firm, ClearlyRated (formerly Inavero) the world’s leading provider of client and job candidate service quality research for staffing agencies to receive a rating of 9 or 10 (out of 10) from 76.2% of our clients and 75.7% of our physicians. We also obtained a Net Promoter® Score (a proven metric for measuring satisfaction) that showed extraordinarily high levels of satisfaction from both.
On average, clients who work with a winning agency are 2.2 times more likely to be completely satisfied, and job seekers who work with a winning agency are 1.7 times more likely to be completely satisfied.
