We are an Inc. 5000 company that has experienced impressive growth and we’re seeking high-energy, dynamic Account Executives to join our team. This critical role focuses on generating and closing new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships with healthcare clients across the country.
- Consult with clients regarding their staffing needs and presenting solutions that meet them, while staying within market pricing
- Manage issues that may arise with providers or clients
- Assist with various components of physician credentialing process
Successful Account Executive candidates must be “hunters” with a competitive spirit and an internal drive to succeed. Period. You must be also be relentless and even-tempered as you deal with the inevitable emotional ups and downs of the locum tenens industry.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- At least three years of experience from a client-facing, high-level staffing sales position
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities, plus superior interpersonal skills
- A four-year degree from an accredited university is highly preferred
We have high professional standards, and our Account Executives are paid well to provide the best service possible. You will be expected to consistently make a high number of calls to busy hospital staff who really don’t want to speak with you. This critical role focuses on building relationships with physicians and matching them with job opportunities they love – even as you help healthcare facilities fill vital patient-care gaps. We have some of the most knowledgeable Physician Recruiters around, and our up-to-date database and proven processes back up your desire for success. - Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
- Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians through cold calling (via our state-of-the-art database), text, and email.
- Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
- Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business-development representatives to determine proper fit of submitted CVs
- Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
- Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
- Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employment satisfaction – and longevity with Interim’s client
- Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive and working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties
Successful Physician Recruiter candidates should have a solid work ethic, and excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should have a desire to learn and grow, take ownership of their work, be driven and ambitious. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must. Sales or recruiting experience preferred. This is a sales environment.
