Diamond Award-winning healthcare staffing firms earn special recognition by ClearlyRated, an independent research firm, for securing industry-leading satisfaction scores for five or more years in a row. ClearlyRated utilizes a Net Promoter® Score survey program to help staffing firms measure their customers’ service experience.
In 2023, Interim Physicians received outstanding satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 (out of 10) from 91% of its clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 52%. For the second year running, we received zero detractor responses out of more than 100 clients surveyed. Interim received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 from 73% of placed locum tenens candidates, compared to the average of 50%.
