Infectious Disease Locum in Indiana
License Status Required – Active
Rate- $240/hour (please see me with rate questions)
Shift times-
- Monday–Friday: Hospital 8:00am–11:00am; Clinic 12:00pm–4:00pm; night call
- Locum will cover hospital ½ day for mornings and then will cover ½ day outpatient clinic in the afternoons.
- Saturday–Sunday: On-call only (24-hour call coverage)
Dates- 6/12-6/22
Census–
- Hospital: 12-15
- Clinic: 10
EMR– EPIC (need to ask if provider has used in the last 6 months – need answer to submit)

COVID Vaccine- Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
