Locum Breast Imaging Radiologist – Southwest Michigian
License Status Required – Yes or IMLC
Certifications Required (BLS/ATLS/PALS etc.) – ABR or AOBR; MQSA (prefer fellowship trained)
Shift times- 8a-5 OR 7a-4p
Dates- September – ongoing (1 FTE needed)
Census-25 diagnostics + 7-9 procedures/day
EMR- Epic; McKesson or Intelerad PACS
Credentialing Timeframe? 60 days
Types of Cases Seen Daily?: Diagnostic mammo, breast US, MRI, biopsies, localization, procedures
· # of procedures per day – Bronson averages 7-9 procedures daily, occasionally with add-ons for fluid aspiration. We conduct MRI biopsies 2 days each week with up to 6 patients weekly.
· # of diagnostic per day – average 25 patients, mamm + US
· # of screeners per day- Flexible. We strongly encourage you to read screens in between procedures or in the event of schedule changes.
· # of breast MRI’s – On average, we scan 25-30 exams per week. We offer Abbreviated (Fast) MRI as well as full protocol screening and diagnostic exams.
