Locum CRNA – Kentucky
License Status Required – Active Kentucky license
Certifications Required (BLS/ATLS/PALS etc.) – ACLS, PALS, BLS; CRNA/APRN
Shift times- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (5x8s preferred); 7:00 AM-5:00 PM available if provider prefers 10-hour shifts
Dates- Beginning 2/1/2027; Monday-Friday, 4 weeks/month; ongoing/full-time coverage
Census- 24-27 rooms running daily
EMR- EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe? Approximately 2 months
– Practice Model: Supervised.
– Procedures / Blocks / Lines: CRNAs are not expected to perform their own blocks, spinals, epidurals, lines, etc.
– Required Case Types: Healthy Peds, Neuro, Endo, Ortho, GYN, General, and Urology.
