License Status Required – Yes – or IMLC

Certifications Required (BLS/ATLS/PALS etc.) – BLS & ACLS 

Shift times- 8a-4p + night and weekend call

Dates-  Ongoing need

Census- 5-20

EMR- EPIC & Agfa PACs

Credentialing Timeframe? 45-120 days  (Temps available)

Types of Cases Seen Daily?

IR only no DX

On-call urgent/emergent:

Acute limb ischemia

Critical limb ischemia

PE/DVT thrombectomy

Drainages (abscess, nephrostomy, biliary, chest tubes, suprapubic catheters)

Lumbar puncture/blood patch

GI bleed embolization

TIPS/BRTO/variceal embolization

Arterial pseudonaneurysm treatment

Trauma embolization

Dialysis fistula/graft declot

Dialysis/central venous access

 

Non-emergent

G-tubes

Joint injections/aspirations

Epidural steroid injections (optional)

Ports, lines

Biopsies (organ, bone, soft tissue)

·       NO neuro patient/cases. We have Interventional neurologists that perform these case
