Locum Psychiatry – New York
License Status Required – NY license strongly preferred due to immediate need; confirm if required at presentation.
Shift times- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch; 4 hours admin time
Dates- Anticipated start 11/16/2026; 6-month contract or until permanent replacement is hired.
Census- Thursday-Friday approximately 10 patients/day; approximately 1 new consult/day; Monday-Wednesday precepting.

Credentialing Timeframe? 4-6 weeks; closer to 4 weeks may be possible for a clean candidate.
What does a typical day look like? 8a-5p with 1-hour lunch.
