What is a day at work like for you?
Busy!
What do you like most about your job?
I love doing something that matters…staffing physicians who save people’s lives. I also love providing my physicians with the flexibility locums offers them, so they can do things like, working 2 weeks a month in a state where they have a 2nd home or where their grandchildren live.
Do have pets? If so, tell us about them:
I have an adorable poogle (poodle/beagle mix). Her name is Belle and she’s adorable. She’s demanding and thinks she’s the boss of the neighborhood, but we love her to pieces.
Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
Hilton Head, SC. I’ve gone there every summer since I was a kid…with my parents growing up and now with my own family. I love the beach and all the traditions that we’ve accumulated over the years.
What is your favorite sports team?
Tennessee Vols
What is your favorite type of music, and why?
Country and pop.
What is your greatest guilty pleasure?
True crime shows and mystery/thriller books.
What’s your favorite quote, and who said it?
“You can only be as hard on someone as your relationship is strong.” A former manager said that to me when I was learning to train people in my first sales job and it’s stuck with me throughout my career. It’s an excellent quote to remember, not just in professional relationships, but personal ones as well.
How would you spend an ideal evening?
With my family relaxing (or doing anything…besides cooking or cleaning), at a good concert or on a fun date night.
