I was born in Hollywood, FL raised in South Florida
What do you like most about your job?
What I love most is mentoring my team and watching them grow. Seeing them build confidence, achieve their goals, and celebrate their successes is incredibly rewarding.

2 dogs, 2 tortoises and a leopard gecko
Who is your favorite author, and why?
Jim Collins is my favorite author because his leadership principals around building great teams, developing people and achieving success through discipline and purpose strongly align with how I lead.
What is your favorite type of food, and why?
Seafood, I don’t know why I just love it! All of it!

Amazon, because I can get something in a matter of hours!
Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
Hawaii is beautiful and relaxing.
What is your greatest guilty pleasure?
Chocolate, anything chocolate
