Where were you born and raised?
St Louis, Mo, specifically Hazelwood Mo. This is a suburb in the northern part of St Louis.
What is a day at work like for you?
I review the dates of all the doctors that are traveling in the next 30 days. I will first check all flight and hotel options for the dates they work at the hospital. I reach out to the providers with a phone call and an email so they can also view their travel options and book accordingly, keeping in the price parameters of the clients. I also call hotels for the provider’s receipts each morning when they check out, and I send both the provider and the recruiter the itineraries.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy booking travel and I love interacting with our providers. Working from home is certainly a plus, too. I get much more of my work done.
Who is your favorite author, and why?
Simone St James. She is a combination horror and murder mystery writer, my 2 favorite themes in a book.
What is your favorite type of food, and why?
My favorite type of food is Mediterranean, specifically Lebanese and Greek. I love the varied dishes and spices in these types of foods. Also, it is a very healthy cuisine.
Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
I just returned from Seattle, WA where my daughter and I stayed in a cottage facing Puget Sound on Camino Island. It was so peaceful and beautiful! There were fascinating art exhibits and quaint places to shop and dine. The seafood was amazing too! I will definitely return as the northeast is now among my favorite places.
What is your favorite type of music, and why?
I love independent alternative rock, folk rock and post rock. I love that these genres are so authentic. The artists create unique and unconventional songs.

How would you spend an ideal evening?
If it’s a nice evening, I love to go to a cozy restaurant or bar, preferably with a pretty patio, with my daughters and/or friends.
