What is a day at work like for you?
My day is focused on problem-solving to ensure physician credentialing files move efficiently and without delays to start dates. I serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and a seamless process for delivering high-quality physicians. I also proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, including managing client deficiency follow-ups.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy anticipating challenges before they arise and finding solutions early. Setting clear expectations and helping processes run smoothly for both clients and internal teams is especially rewarding.

Yes, I have a dog named Josie.
What is your favorite type of food, and why?
Italian cuisine.
Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
Ibiza. It offers much more than its well-known nightlife, with beautiful scenery and a surprisingly family-friendly atmosphere. I’ve visited multiple times and continue to appreciate its balance of relaxation and wellness experiences.

Dallas Stars
What is your favorite type of music, and why?
I enjoy EDM, particularly upbeat, melodic styles with a feel-good vibe.

Spending time at home with my family—whether we’re outdoors, playing, or swimming together.
