Where were you born and raised?
I grew up in a military family my dad was a pilot in the Air Force, I lived in 7 states through my first 12 years. I am a Native Texan and have lived here since the late 90’s.

What is a day at work like for you?
No two days are exactly the same. Most of my day is spent working alongside our sales team, developing strategy, coaching, solving problems, and finding new ways to grow our client partnerships. Ultimately, my focus is making sure our team has what they need to be successful while continuing to move the business forward.

What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most is developing people and watching them succeed. I also love the competitive side of sales, building relationships, solving problems for our clients, and seeing the work our team puts in turn into real results.

Do you have pets? If so, tell us about them:
I have a 4-year-old German Sheperd named Scout. She is a German Show Breed from the Von Der Otto blood line.

What is your favorite type of food, and why?
I love Mexican food. Spending the last 28 years in Texas and spending a lot of time in Mexico myself, I love the culture and flavor profiles

Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
Anywhere with a beach and my wife! Some of our favorite places are Mexico and St. Maarten.

What is your favorite sports team?
I have been a Texas Rangers fan for most of my life. My son plays competitive baseball and I have coached him for 8 years.

What is your favorite type of music, and why?
Being an older millennial, I like most types of music. 90’s alternative to heavy metal, to dirt road country, to R&B and hip hop for the 90’s and early 2000’s.

What’s your favorite quote, and who said it?
“Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and Determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “Press On” has solved and will always solve the problems of the human race. By Calvin Coolidge

How would you spend an ideal evening?
Throwing the baseball in the backyard with my son and daughter. Spending time in our pool with my wife and kid’s, after having a pizza night topped off with some ice cream. Ending it by hanging with my wife and watching a good movie.
