Where were you born and raised?
I was born and raised in Texas and am still proudly rooted here today.

What is a day at work like for you?
Every day is fast-paced, full of conversations, and powered by coffee. I spend most of my day connecting with physicians, solving problems, and making sure placements run smoothly.

What do you like most about your job?
Relationships. Recruiting is about people, and I love being able to build trust and create opportunities that make a difference.

Do you have pets? If so, tell us about them:
Yes, we have two cats, Lincoln and Penny. They’re tabby littermates and pretty much run the house like they own it.

What is your favorite type of food, and why?
Mexican food. There is no problem in life that chips, queso, and salsa can’t help solve.

What is your funniest pet peeve?
Misusing “there,” “their,” and “they’re.” I can’t help it, my inner grammar police shows up.

Where is your favorite vacation destination, and why?
Really anywhere with a good beach. White sand, clear blue water, and sunshine are all I need to be happy.

What is your greatest guilty pleasure?
Getting completely lost in a book and telling myself “just one more chapter”… until it’s suddenly 2 AM.

What’s your favorite quote, and who said it?
“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” — Theodore Roosevelt

How would you spend an ideal evening?
Spending time outdoors with my family, grilling, swimming and enjoying the backyard together before sneaking in some reading time once the house is quiet
