Hometown:
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, but I’ve lived in St. Louis for 16 years.

What do you like most about your job?
I love our QA team. We work together well, everyone cares about their jobs, and it makes it a joy to come to work.

Tell us a bit about your family (furry friends are family, too)
I’m married with two step kids, both in college now. We have two cats and a giant Great Pyrenees who thinks he’s a lapdog.

Who is your favorite author?
Neil Gaiman, followed closely by Neal Stephenson. Apparently, I have a thing for Neil’s.

What is your greatest fear or pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is rudeness. There’s never any occasion to be impolite.

What is your favorite website? (Google doesn’t count)
Gofugyourself, a snarky fashion site

Where is your favorite vacation destination?
Traverse City, Michigan. It’s got beach, woods, hiking, biking and kayaking but it also has trendy restaurants and shopping so I can have the nature and the nightlife!

What is your favorite board game?
My in-laws have days long Monopoly games that have resulted in people not speaking to each other for weeks!

What is your favorite sport or team?
Not being a Cardinals fan is not an option in St. Louis!

What talent would you most like to have?
I really wish I had any hand-eye coordination; I’m hopeless at sports.

If you were to die and come back as a person, place, or thing, what would it be?
A cat, because they are total jerks but everyone loves them anyway because they’re so cuddly!

Tell us your favorite quote, and tell us who said it if you can.
“Almost the whole world is asleep. Everybody you know. Everybody you see. Everybody you talk to. He says that only a few people are awake and they live in a state of constant total amazement.” – Joe vs. the Volcano

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
See above, re: hand-eye coordination.
