What is a day at work like for you?
I like to be organized when I start my day, with a plan of what I want to accomplish. Most importantly though is going into the day with the right attitude. I want to start my day with an attitude that I am going to MAKE GOOD THINGS HAPPEN. I am also very serious about business, but like to bring humor and fun energy to the day when I am not client facing. I am always prepared for the unexpected things that come up each day in our business, so therefore I do not get stressed out when those things pop up.

I like the idea of helping a client put together the puzzle pieces to be able to provide quality healthcare to its patients with the proper staffing model. What we do is important and that provides a lot of satisfaction.
